A night to forget
The hotel was clean, and I appreciated the quick check-in process. The room felt spacious and well-appointed, surprisingly comfortable given the expectations.
Unfortunately, my experience soured when the staff member berated me during checkout. It was shocking and uncomfortable, especially with my child present.

I spent two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking, and the experience had its ups and downs. I liked the location, which was close to the convention center. It made it easy to get to our event. Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustrating. The front desk clerk didn’t greet us or make eye contact at all. The first room had a broken TV, and the comforter had stains, which was definitely disappointing. When we moved to the second room, everything was fine except the toiletries were wrong. The breakfast was another letdown. They were late setting it up and the options were limited. No biscuits or bagels, just eggs and bread. The room itself had a wet mop smell and the cleanliness was questionable. I found leftover items from previous guests under the AC unit, which gave me pause about the overall housekeeping standards here. With friendlier staff and improved attention to detail, this hotel could be much better.

The Queen room was spacious and clean, which was great for my family. We had soft bedding that made for a comfy sleep. The location was nice, pretty close to the beach. However, it was pretty annoying that the hot water didn’t work during our stay. That really put a damper on things.

I had a short family trip to relax and enjoy some beach time, and this place was perfectly located near the beach. I loved the access to nearby attractions like the water park and the Lone Star Flight Museum, which made it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for my family. However, I found the check-in process a bit slow initially, which was a bummer.

We enjoyed the beach and the nearby Schlitterbahn Waterpark. The hotel was clean and had a nice vibe. It's right next to fun spots, making it easy to explore.
On a downside, the check-in process was super slow and the staff seemed a bit unfriendly, which left a bad taste initially.

The stay was pleasant 🏖️, thanks to its walking distance to the beach! The only downside was the check-in process, which could use some improvement. Still, I'd consider coming back.

The check-in process was seamless and quick, taking less than a minute. Both the lobby and our room were impeccably clean, and it was surprisingly quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to the Seawall and nearby dining options. However, the snack section could have had more variety, and the bathroom layout felt cramped. Additionally, the breakfast selection was rather limited for families.

helpful staff, but room wasn't as expected
The night manager, Christos, was very helpful when we discovered that our room was mislabeled. He not only assisted us in moving to the correct room but also ensured it met our expectations.
Wished the Deluxe Kings rooms came with a tub!
